EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

At our store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you want to return or exchange a product, we have a simple and transparent process, in accordance with current Portuguese legislation.

Right of Return

The customer has 14 business days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right to return the item. To exercise this right, you must contact us by email or phone, indicating the order number and your intention to return the item.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

The product(s) must be returned in perfect condition, with no signs of use, accompanied by all accessories, manuals, and intact original packaging. Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return. Some items are excluded from the right to return, namely: Personalized or custom-made products; Items for personal use or immediate consumption, if their original packaging has been opened.

Reimbursement

After receiving and inspecting the product(s), the refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of error for which we are responsible or a product defect.

Defective Products or Shipping Errors

If you receive a defective or different item than what you ordered, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. In these cases, we will cover all replacement or return costs.
