1. Home delivery

We work with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Delivery times are 1 to 5 business days , after stock confirmation and payment confirmation. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout, before confirming the order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. In-store pickup

If you prefer, you can choose to pick up your order free of charge at our physical store in Almada. Once your order is ready for pickup, you'll be notified by email or phone. This option allows you to save on shipping costs and pick up your products at your convenience.

Deadlines and availability

The indicated delivery times (1 to 5 business days) are only valid for products in stock. If an item is not in stock at the time of purchase, we will contact you to inform you of the new estimated delivery time or suggest alternatives. Deliveries are made only on business days, excluding weekends and holidays. In exceptional circumstances (such as periods of high demand or promotional campaigns), delivery times may be subject to slight adjustments.
